Dental Ceramic Firing & Pressing

An application route for separating porcelain firing and pressing requirements by material system, program, load support, vacuum, chamber movement and.

Dental porcelain furnace for ceramic firing and pressing workflow selection

Qualify the configuration before selecting a model.

Application fit
Dental ceramic firing and pressing workflows that require a material-specific furnace program, compatible load support and qualified laboratory operating sequence.
Temperature / cycle
Defined by the selected configuration and required working cycle. Working and maximum values must be confirmed separately.
Geometry
Restoration support or investment ring, platform, chamber opening, mechanism travel and laboratory installation clearances define the usable geometry.
Atmosphere boundary
Vacuum and air stages follow the approved ceramic process; the furnace, pump, seal, hose, release sequence and ventilation must be reviewed together.
Heating / connection
The chamber, heating path, sensor, controller, platform and any pressing mechanism are coordinated around the selected material and complete program.

Choose the process route before the furnace configuration

Dental ceramic firing and pressing use related benchtop equipment, but the load, program and mechanical requirements differ. Begin with the approved ceramic system and decide whether the laboratory needs porcelain firing, porcelain pressing or a qualified combination of both routes.

Map the complete thermal sequence

Provide every stage from load preparation through unloading. For firing, identify support, pre-drying, chamber closure, vacuum, thermal program and controlled cooling. For pressing, add ring preparation and preheating, transfer, plunger and ingot arrangement, pressing initiation and post-press handling.

Keep material instructions in control

The current ceramic supplier instructions define the starting cycle and accessory system. Furnace settings, pressure or speed values and vacuum stages are not assumed across materials. The laboratory should validate the selected configuration and program under its own acceptance method before routine production.

Coordinate equipment and laboratory boundaries

State what Pyrocore should supply: furnace, pump, firing supports, pressing accessories, tools, spares and documentation. Also identify the external preheating furnace, electrical supply, bench space, ventilation and transfer route already available in the laboratory.

Prepare an application review

  • Ceramic system and approved supplier instructions
  • Firing, pressing or combined operating route
  • Normal and maximum load or investment-ring arrangement
  • Complete program, vacuum stages and cooling method
  • Platform, chamber, pressing and accessory requirements
  • Power, ventilation, destination and required documentation

Review Dental Porcelain Furnaces, Dental Press Furnaces or the broader Dental Laboratory Furnace family.
