Tube Furnace Chambers

Split and cylindrical heated chamber assemblies defined by process tube, heated length, zones, element layout and terminal interface.

Split tube furnace chamber with integrated resistance heating elements

Configuration overview

Application fit
Tube furnace replacement, multi-zone heating and OEM heated-section integration.
Temperature / cycle
Defined by the selected configuration and required working cycle. Working and maximum values must be confirmed separately.
Geometry
Process-tube outside diameter, chamber bore, heated length, split geometry and enclosure fit are required.
Atmosphere boundary
Air or a qualified controlled-environment arrangement, depending on the equipment and sealing boundary.
Heating / connection
Element material, zone length, lead-out direction, terminal position and electrical target depend on the furnace design.

Start with the tube and heated length

A tube furnace chamber must fit the process tube, deliver the required heated zone and integrate with the enclosure, insulation, terminals and control system. Split construction may support installation around an existing tube, while other configurations are qualified around the furnace architecture.

TubeMaterial, outside diameter, wall and operating orientation.
ZoneTotal heated length, number of zones and temperature profile objective.
OpeningsSplit line, ports, thermocouple route and end insulation.
ElectricalSupply, resistance or power target, terminals and controller interface.
